Happy Anniversary to the Shelter Meal Program

One year ago, Dining & Hospitality Services started feeding community members in need by delivering meals to various shelters across Santa Cruz County. Since then, we've served over 350,000 meals to people in need.
UCSC achieves fair-trade status through the work of students

On March 12, UC Santa Cruz passed a Fair Trade Resolution that reflects its commitment to join the efforts of the Fair Trade Colleges & Universities. Fair trade coffee, tea, chocolate, and other fair trade products will be available in the dining facilities, at catered meetings and in administrative and faculty offices.

UCSC Dining once again brought home a 1st Place Award at the Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off and Festival. This marks our twelfth 1st Place Award since we began competing in 2005, and our 19th clam chowder award in total.
