Take Dining's survey—share your thoughts and you could WIN!

Each fall, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey as part of UCSC Dining's ongoing efforts to ensure that our services are meeting your needs.

Four standard topics are covered:

  • Food
  • Menu
  • Service
  • Sustainability. 

We also love to read your comments. There is space before you complete the survey for you to share anything that's on your mind.

All students are encouraged to participate

Check your UCSC email inbox for a message from UCSC Dining on November 14, 2023. Your unique survey link is in your invitation email.


We're giving away some prizes – our way of saying "thank you" for your time! By completing the survey, you’ll be entered to win one of three $50 gift cards for the Bay Tree Campus Store. Winners will be chosen at random and notified after the survey closes via message to their UCSC email address.


All responses are confidential

Your survey responses go directly to an independent third party research firm and your identity will not be associated with your responses. We appreciate you taking the time to help us improve our service to you.

Once the survey has ended, the research firm gives us a list of all access codes used to log-in to the survey. Your unique access code is embedded in the survey link in the email sent to you. To keep your answers confidential, the research firm does not tell us which code was used to give any specific answers, only that the code was used to complete the survey. Once the survey has ended, we’ll choose three codes at random from the list of used codes, and then reference our email list to award the winners.
