With the GET app or website, you can…
- Purchase Flexi Dollars or Banana Bucks
- Check your account balance and view recent transactions
- Swipe into dining halls or pay at UCSC Dining cafés using the Scan Card feature in the mobile app
To use Scan Card: Open the GET app on your phone, tap the Scan Card button on the Home screen, and hold your phone near the contactless scanner at the register.
Getting started with GET
Students can get started right away—just log in to the GET website or download the GET Mobile app to begin using it. No setup required.
Faculty and staff need to fill out request access before using the app or website. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in and manage your account just like students.

How to purchase Flexi Dollars
Purchase Flexi Dollars using “Add Funds”
Log into the GET app or website, on the Accounts section select Add Funds. Use your credit card to complete the purchase, adding the desired amount ($50, $100, $500) of Flexi$ to your account.
Parents, guardians, and other relatives can add Flexi$ to a student account
Visit get.cbord.com/ucsc to add Flexi Dollars to your student’s account. You will need to know your student’s UCSC student ID number.
How to purchase Banana Bucks
Purchase Banana Bucks using “Add Funds”
Log into the GET app or website, on the Accounts section select Add Funds. Use your credit card to complete the purchase, adding the desired amount ($50, $100, $500) of Banana Bucks to your account.
