Mirjam Kuusik
Interim Executive Director, UCSC Dining
Mirjam Kuusik is Interim Executive Director of UCSC Dining, bringing a unique blend of financial expertise, culinary passion, and student-centered leadership. Originally from Estonia, Mirjam owned and operated acclaimed restaurants in Santa Cruz before joining UCSC Dining over seven years ago. She has since led efforts to improve operational efficiency, support sustainability, and enhance the student dining experience. Her work continues to foster inclusive, welcoming spaces where students can connect, thrive, and enjoy nourishing meals.
